Intro to Herbal Teas

Learn how to make and use teas as herbal medicine!

In this class you’ll learn various methods of preparing water extractions (i.e. tea) to truly benefit from the medicinal qualities of the herbs you’re extracting. You’ll also learn important info such as: how much tea to drink, how to select herbs, and all the other useful things you can do with tea.

You’ll get to sip plenty of tea along the way.
