medicinal mushrooms

This hands-on series gets you in the kitchen and out in the garden: harvesting, identifying, smelling, tasting, and making magic with herbs!

In this class we explore the power of medicinal mushrooms, potent healers that bridge the gap between this world and the otherworld, between our tamed and wild selves.

Medicinal mushrooms are all the rage these days. In this class we’ll explore:

  • 5 incredible medicinal mushrooms

  • why chaga is so amazing and why you shouldn’t use it

  • how to prepare mushrooms for peak medicinal potency

  • how to avoid being scammed by ineffective mushroom products

  • the magic of herbal decoctions & why they’re so enchanting

Your takeaway: a handcrafted herbal decoction blend
