It’s garlic season! Local veggie farmers are planting next year’s garlic, and cold and flu season is just beginning… time to get up close and personal with one of the most medicinal plants in your kitchen!
We’ll spend the hour learning the amazing benefits of garlic, from hearth health to immune support. We’ll discuss how to prepare garlic for maximum medicinal potency and we might all leave with garlic breath.
