Join Locust Light herbalist Amanda Midkiff at The Farm Cooking School. Amanda will be teaching a class on Herbal Medicine making as part of The Farm Cooking School's Homesteading Series. Learn to identify local medicinal herbs growing right outside, make an infusion, tincture, and oil. The class will wrap up with an herb-themed lunch complemented by some delicious herbal cocktails.
