AT LAMMAS, OUR OUTWARD SPIRAL BEGINS TO SLOW AS SUMMER DEEPENS TOWARD HARVEST SEASON.
Lammas (also called Lugnasadh) is one of the four great fire festivals of the Northern European tradition.
The daylight has begun to wane, if yet imperceptibly, and our energy is on the precipice of spiraling inward. This is a time of gratitude for the abundant gifts of the earth. It is a time to reflect on our role in the world around us, our thread in the web of the ecosystem, our impact on our communities.
I invite you to join me as we explore ritual practices and herbal potions that bring you into alignment with the energy of this season.
Lammas is a time of gratitude, abundance, and reflection.
You will make an herbal potion to take home.
