AUTUMNAL EQUINOX IS WHEN WE’RE TRULY FEELING THE SEASONAL SHIFT. OUR ENERGIES ARE POISED AT THE BALANCE BETWEEN LIGHT AND DARK. WE ARE AT THE STILL POINT BETWEEN THE OUTWARD SPIRAL AND THE INWARD SPIRAL.
The slow inward spiral is about to begin, and we are moving into a time of death and release. Release can be frightening, but it is a crucial step in healing and transformation.
We invite you to sit with us in Sacred Circle to honor this moment. Autumnal Equinox is a time of release, shedding, reflection, and courage.
Our evening will involve guided journeying, drumming and rattling, and mindful releasing of what no longer serves our highest good. Participants will have the opportunity to do an energetic cord cutting.

The Circle is a sacred space in which all are held with compassion.
The Circle will be led by Amanda Midkiff, Kat Gyantar, and Sarah Andrews. Amanda, Kat, and Sarah have studied energy healing and shamanic journeying with a variety of teachers and greatly enjoy leading Circles together. They believe strongly in the power of the earth to bring healing and in the comfort and understanding found in honoring earth's cycles.
CLASS LOCATION
The Circle will be held in the Apothecary Garden. To get to the Garden, wind your way all the way up to the top of the property, following signs for "The Farm Cooking School." Park in the lot beside the building and walk straight back past the tunnel.
