This hands-on series gets you in the kitchen and out in the garden: harvesting, identifying, smelling, tasting, and making magic with herbs!
Spring is an exciting time for herbalists.
The spring gives us so many gorgeous, rich herbs that are here to give us daily, constant support.
These are our tonic herbs, and they are the backbone of herbalism. They help to keep our bodies and organs functioning in harmony. They support us through chronic conditions. They complement allopathic acre.
Tonic herbs are the foundation of herbal magic.
In this class we’ll explore:
the shining stars of springtime herbs
how herbal tonics interact with body systems
ways of taking tonic medicine
the magic of herbal oxymels — how to make them and why they’re so friggin’ delicious
