In this class we will explore ways to support each chakra (energy center) through both herbs and yoga. Herbalist and yoga instructor Amanda Midkiff will guide students through an understanding of both the energetic themes and physical needs of each chakra. Students will learn herbs and herbal practices to support each chakra and then move into a yoga practice that strengthens, stretches and supports that chakra. Classes also include breath work, relaxation, and meditation. Students must bring their own yoga mat.
