This is the second class in series Practical Herbalism: Remedies and Techniques for Everyday Wellness.

The series is held at Hunterdon County Vocational School District Polytech Campus.

Students will focus on herbs that support reproductive systems.  You will learn about herbs for hormonal transitions, such as puberty and menopause, herbs for healthy menstruation, fertility & pregnancy.  You will discuss specific herbs for women and men, and learn to make herbal infusions (teas).  Each student will make an herbal tea blend to take home.
