This is the seventh class in series “Practical Herbalism: Remedies and Techniques for Everyday Wellness.”
Stress and anxiety is complex. It can be chronic and acute, situational, environmental, or stemming from an experience deep in your past. There is no one solution for managing stress and anxiety, but herbs can be a helpful tool in your toolbox.
Herbs can offer a multi-dimensional approach to treating stress and anxiety. In this class, we will:
Learn about adaptogens and nervines and how they both work to manage stress & anxiety
Look closely at specific herbs that address these imbalances
Learn about flower essences and blend a flower essence to take home.
The Evening Series is held on Tuesday nights from 7-9pm.
